Grunddata is guided by a board with deep expertise in financial services, governance, regulation and technology.
Ulrika Valassi brings more than 35 years of experience from banking and financial services, including senior credit and risk roles at SEB in Sweden and New York. She has extensive board experience across banking, fintech and other regulated industries, with current and previous assignments including Ålandsbanken, Sparbanken Sjuhärad, Swedencare, Intrum and Hemfosa.
Jimmi Brink has more than 25 years of experience in financial services, with a background spanning Finansinspektionen, the Swedish Bankers’ Association and SEB. He co-founded FCG, now Advisense, where he remains active in senior leadership and serves on the board, with particular expertise in governance, risk, compliance and financial regulation.
Sophie Lilliehöök has broad experience from banking and financial services, with roles spanning risk management, capital and liquidity reporting, client coverage and trading control at Arktika Capital, Hoist Finance and SEB.
Josef Hjorth is an entrepreneur and technology executive. Through his company Simplicit, he has worked as an IT consultant in the financial sector for 20 years, with a particular focus on risk and regulatory reporting. His background combines deep technology expertise with hands-on experience of the data and reporting challenges faced by regulated financial institutions.
